Diet pills

Today I bought some diet pills.. I'm sure it will help me mentally.. Word of advice don't buy food that will tempt you.

Apperently I have not been listening to my own advice, its so pathetic. today I weigh 111.6 that's just crazy. i started at 103 and told my self i was fat than gained 2 pounds then another 2 and now I am at 111.6 I mean I just dont know what to do with myself.. one day i do good and the next day im eating almond milk with high calorie cereals.. Even if granola and oats are healthy for you too much can  kill your diet.. Its been hard to stick to a protein diet and its not because I am hungry its because I just simply have impulses that trigger me to eat.. I keep making excuses for my self..

I am doing the insanity workouts extremely hard, but a long day after work I come home and I go straight into studying and that just makes me want to eat so I can distress my mind.....
I think my goal right now is now not to loose weight my goal is to stick to my diet and not eat passed 6..

today I am so desperate i told myself I would not eat all day, but i simply cant do that! one is not good for me and two just by not eating one day will not help me at all.. any how... its time for me to workout i have exactly one hour to workout before going to school....


Oh, men! wish i can go back to being 98 pounds.. well that was when I did not have to wake up at 6 haha

New tips coming up soon

I've been quite busy recording from gluten  poison. Lesson learn! Now I'm trying to get back to lean me! High protein diet. It's been a roller coaster. As you all know diet and workouts  requires a schedule and timing. I've been doing great in workouts but poor on my diets. I say poor because I've been indulging in fruits. And saying ill start Monday. Well, Monday it's a day away. On Monday ill weigh myself, it's been two weeks since I last weigh my self. I think I'm atleast 110-115 pounds. Ill be sad, but with sadness ill stay strong and work harder. I can so it!

Writing our goals and keeping track of our intake


While most people prefer to hide the
scale, truth is we must face reality and our things that are bothering us. We must recognize the fact that avoiding a scale it's just avoid the truth and it does not help. 

I weigh my self everyday, and yes I'm am crazy. Well, most people think weighing myself is linked to having issues. Truth is I worked really hard, I wake up every morning brush my teeth and start insanity workouts. Afterwards I ate tuna or chicken breast. I keep a high protein diet to maintain muscles. I keep track of all my food and I also weigh my chicken breasts. Of course most people would say I'm sick, truth is I'm not because as hard as I workout I want to make sure I have enough protein for the day. 

1.i keep a calendar in which I write my current weight for the day and write my goal weight for the next day.

2.i keep track of my food intake. 

3.i try best not to eat past 6:00 (this changes times to times.) for example if I'm going to bed at 11:00 p.m Ill eat tuna or so. It's all about balance.

Blood type diet?

A year ago I read an article regarding blood types and what our body prefers.
Before finding out my blood type I felt connection  with type blood A this diet prefer white meat, low fats, and no grains. Well I am blood type A like my
Mother. I remember my mother always saying she should of been a vegetarian because her body prefers veggies rather than red meat. After reading this article
I thought to put to the test so ever since I've stop eating red meat and dairy products. I feel great! No bloating! 
Try doing some research maybe you find something new! 


Losing weight is not just a number

Losing weight shouldn't be about having low number on the scale, but rather feeling and looking healthy. Losing weight cannot be determine by a scale number because there's many factors involve a healthy weight and a healthy body. Remember during the process of losing weight or as prefer to call it losing fat, you do not want to lose does muscle or muscle mass. You want to look tone and lean after losing body fat. This will prevent flabby skin also the more muscle the more fat you may be able to burn.

That's a mistake I've made in the past, I thought being thin was all about not eating and just simply looking thin and having a low number on the scale. That's totally not true and purely wrong on my part. Eating its a must, I've worked my way in and then out. Ill explain what I mean by that in my future posting but for now remember the only number you need to be low it's your fat percentage because it will prevent heart attacks and other risks.



Sleeping and weight loss

Sleeping its very important to me, I feel better physically and mentally when I've had a good night sleep. I am also stronger in my workouts and I feel less stress or hungry. Sleeping early it's an important step to waking up with energy you have a longer day and better if you wake Up early, but to do so one must sleep early. I know others schedules are quite Different, my schedule is open at night so I sleep as early as possible. Not only this avoid feeling tired but it also helps me avoid late snaking!
