Well, today I still weigh 98.8 pounds, that's great I'm maintains my weight however, I am planning on adding fruits like papaya, melon, and an apple to my diet, simply because I feel a bit low on energy during my workouts. Could be the lack of sleep or sleeping too much. But I'll just add fruits for now and of-course ill add more protein.
Tomorrow it's cardio recovering but ill replace it with core cardio and balance. This is my last week of insanity's first month round 5* I honestly love the second month the most because The workouts are different but those extra 10 minutes just feel too long.
So ill most likely repeat month one again.
