Sleeping and weight loss
Sleeping its very important to me, I feel better physically and mentally when I've had a good night sleep. I am also stronger in my workouts and I feel less stress or hungry. Sleeping early it's an important step to waking up with energy you have a longer day and better if you wake Up early, but to do so one must sleep early. I know others schedules are quite Different, my schedule is open at night so I sleep as early as possible. Not only this avoid feeling tired but it also helps me avoid late snaking!
