Losing weight is not just a number

Losing weight shouldn't be about having low number on the scale, but rather feeling and looking healthy. Losing weight cannot be determine by a scale number because there's many factors involve a healthy weight and a healthy body. Remember during the process of losing weight or as prefer to call it losing fat, you do not want to lose does muscle or muscle mass. You want to look tone and lean after losing body fat. This will prevent flabby skin also the more muscle the more fat you may be able to burn.

That's a mistake I've made in the past, I thought being thin was all about not eating and just simply looking thin and having a low number on the scale. That's totally not true and purely wrong on my part. Eating its a must, I've worked my way in and then out. Ill explain what I mean by that in my future posting but for now remember the only number you need to be low it's your fat percentage because it will prevent heart attacks and other risks.
