I weigh my self everyday, and yes I'm am crazy. Well, most people think weighing myself is linked to having issues. Truth is I worked really hard, I wake up every morning brush my teeth and start insanity workouts. Afterwards I ate tuna or chicken breast. I keep a high protein diet to maintain muscles. I keep track of all my food and I also weigh my chicken breasts. Of course most people would say I'm sick, truth is I'm not because as hard as I workout I want to make sure I have enough protein for the day.
1.i keep a calendar in which I write my current weight for the day and write my goal weight for the next day.
2.i keep track of my food intake.
