New tips coming up soon

I've been quite busy recording from gluten  poison. Lesson learn! Now I'm trying to get back to lean me! High protein diet. It's been a roller coaster. As you all know diet and workouts  requires a schedule and timing. I've been doing great in workouts but poor on my diets. I say poor because I've been indulging in fruits. And saying ill start Monday. Well, Monday it's a day away. On Monday ill weigh myself, it's been two weeks since I last weigh my self. I think I'm atleast 110-115 pounds. Ill be sad, but with sadness ill stay strong and work harder. I can so it!

Writing our goals and keeping track of our intake


While most people prefer to hide the
scale, truth is we must face reality and our things that are bothering us. We must recognize the fact that avoiding a scale it's just avoid the truth and it does not help. 

I weigh my self everyday, and yes I'm am crazy. Well, most people think weighing myself is linked to having issues. Truth is I worked really hard, I wake up every morning brush my teeth and start insanity workouts. Afterwards I ate tuna or chicken breast. I keep a high protein diet to maintain muscles. I keep track of all my food and I also weigh my chicken breasts. Of course most people would say I'm sick, truth is I'm not because as hard as I workout I want to make sure I have enough protein for the day. 

1.i keep a calendar in which I write my current weight for the day and write my goal weight for the next day.

2.i keep track of my food intake. 

3.i try best not to eat past 6:00 (this changes times to times.) for example if I'm going to bed at 11:00 p.m Ill eat tuna or so. It's all about balance.

Blood type diet?

A year ago I read an article regarding blood types and what our body prefers.
Before finding out my blood type I felt connection  with type blood A this diet prefer white meat, low fats, and no grains. Well I am blood type A like my
Mother. I remember my mother always saying she should of been a vegetarian because her body prefers veggies rather than red meat. After reading this article
I thought to put to the test so ever since I've stop eating red meat and dairy products. I feel great! No bloating! 
Try doing some research maybe you find something new! 


Losing weight is not just a number

Losing weight shouldn't be about having low number on the scale, but rather feeling and looking healthy. Losing weight cannot be determine by a scale number because there's many factors involve a healthy weight and a healthy body. Remember during the process of losing weight or as prefer to call it losing fat, you do not want to lose does muscle or muscle mass. You want to look tone and lean after losing body fat. This will prevent flabby skin also the more muscle the more fat you may be able to burn.

That's a mistake I've made in the past, I thought being thin was all about not eating and just simply looking thin and having a low number on the scale. That's totally not true and purely wrong on my part. Eating its a must, I've worked my way in and then out. Ill explain what I mean by that in my future posting but for now remember the only number you need to be low it's your fat percentage because it will prevent heart attacks and other risks.



Sleeping and weight loss

Sleeping its very important to me, I feel better physically and mentally when I've had a good night sleep. I am also stronger in my workouts and I feel less stress or hungry. Sleeping early it's an important step to waking up with energy you have a longer day and better if you wake Up early, but to do so one must sleep early. I know others schedules are quite Different, my schedule is open at night so I sleep as early as possible. Not only this avoid feeling tired but it also helps me avoid late snaking!

99.6

Win some loose some, well I feel a bit more energetic today in the since of working out stronger but I'm 99.6 pounds it's a shame but it okay today in doing core cardio balance from insanity, and ofcourse I plan on keeping a protein only diet.. Call me crazy!! I know! But I'm just going to continue this way atleast I can secure the weight and the muscle. 
Well going to workout now. Can't wait to eat yummy tuna

98.8 pounds

Well, today I still weigh 98.8 pounds, that's great I'm maintains my weight however, I am planning on adding fruits like papaya, melon, and an apple to my diet, simply because I feel a bit low on energy during my workouts. Could be the lack of sleep or sleeping too much. But I'll just add fruits for now and of-course ill add more protein. 

Tomorrow it's cardio recovering but ill replace it with core cardio and balance. This is my last week of insanity's first month round 5*  I honestly love the second month the most because The workouts are different but those extra 10 minutes just feel too long. 

So ill most likely repeat month one again.

Successfully keeping off the weight

After we lost those unwanted pounds we immediately think of rewarding our-selves by indulging in our favorite food. From what I've learn in these 9 years, it is very important to continue the diet for a longer period even if we already achieve our weight goal. The reason is that we want our body to adjust to that weight we want to give our skin a moment to tighten. Also, our stomach will adjust too. 

In 2010 I was 126 and I was dieting, my diet consisted in what will all believe its the right diet. Not to eat too much.  Today I'm 98.8  pounds, it seems small weight but I'm about 5'2 so its okay for my height. 

I do workout hard and have a certain diet I follow. Anyways, I've always put goals and after the goals are reached my next goal its to maintain that goal for a long time. This requires balance, because you could end up loosing more than you wish, so every other day I add extra calories to my diet, by extra I mean add a fruit or simply tuna. I do not mean chocolate or any refine sugar. 

Also after keeping your desire weight  for a long at-least two months if you desire to loose more weight anything you do will once again impact your body, and it will be easier to loose the weight because you are giving your body something different.

Making sure we chew our foods

Touches our month we begin indigestion, in which sugar is broken down. It's important to chew your food slowly and properly. Not only will it help for a better digestion but it will help you feel full. Remember drink plenty of water. 
Specially foods high in proteins can make you feel dehydrated so drink plenty of water and eat slowly. 

Brushing your teeth after meals helps in many ways

Brushing your teeth after eating not only will give you freshness and prevent cavities. It will also prevent you going for more food. After you brush your teeth you'll remove the food taste out of your month. If you are in the go try a mint.
